They definitely have slow shipping and not the best customer service and use COVID 19 as an excuse which is sad to say the least, if you can't fill orders don't take them and i was lied to twice before my part actually shipped. I do find it funny they can answer bad reviews with BS excuses but can't answer an email. I did finally receive the part i ordered and was not in a hurry or this would have not been a good email, their prices are good but service is horrible, it is what is good luck!
Ordered parts online and waited almost 2 weeks for confirmation of order never received confirmation so I tried to call no answer and I tried for 5 days to get through to them. So I tried emails and never got a response parts order status was processing all this time. I finally sent three cancellation emails and never received a response but noticed today the order status was changed to cancelled, never did receive anything from them about the order. Very poor customer service. They say its because of the virus but I have ordered from other OEM part houses and never had this much trouble.

Placed order (#1611552)on the 31st of March. After inquiring why it was taking so long, I received the ole "in 24-48 hrs you'll get a tracking number"... that was a month ago. Its been TWO MONTHS since I ordered...
When you tell a customer your shipping their order and then you don't... thats fraudulent. Trying to get a refund. So far no response.
Worst experience ever. No communication. Just online chat if it works, nope. Take your money after a month they still claim its processing in their system. Total scam online..... never produced the parts! A big hassle to get funds returned back still waiting.......
Ordered part and took money quick but never received any email regarding shipping. Tried contacting them through email, phone and live chat and no one would answer. They stole my money so i will be getting a lawyer! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
I’m an international customer i requested my order putting my trust on tasca, i even didn’t pay thru paypal which I’m regrading both by choosing this store and not going thru insurance payment.
I placed my order #1603543 on 12/03/2021, I received reply that my request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
18/03/2021, I received email says one of the item needs special ordering.
30/03/2021, I emailed to check for updates.
31/03/2021, received reply says my order is being held up due to part # 8R3Z-6A023-B, sadly this part has went on back order while we are trying to obtain it and now has a resupply date of 4/26. In leu of this information would you like to remove this part and ship out what we have in which is everything else? Apologies.

Now I’m stuck and depressed what to do? I’m done being patience, i wanna order them from my local Qatar Ford parts which they promised from the begging that will take max a month but i was thinking to relay on tasca store. All I want now just to cancel any get refund.
Such a bad experience that still not finished, I don’t advise any international customer to deal with them.
I’m gonna email them soon to cancel and GOD knows how long will take.
Ordered parts from Tasca and haven't heard from then sense. Took the money fast but can't answer 1 email and I waited on the live chat for a couple hours until I gave up... can't even call them... Don't waste your money with them.
6 days after placing an order it's still in "New Order" status and I can't get in touch with anyone. Their chat feature just times out, they're not responding to email, their phone number has a voicemail saying that they can't take calls and the order info on the site isn't being updated. The chat feature shows how many people are ahead of me, but then eventually generates a message that chatting isn't available.
I've ordered from Tasca Parts once before (pre-pandemic) and they were not exactly quick, despite their tagline. But after a few days I was able to see progress on the order. This time they've been unreponsive after the auto-generated email when I placed the order 6 days ago.
If you can't fulfill your orders, then stop taking them until you can get your act together. With so many similar complaints I'm starting to wonder if they've gone out of business.
I ordered an oil filter connector 25'th of March. I got a receipt saying that I would receive shipping info 4 business days later.
I wrote to them 8'th of April asking for a tracking number. They said I should wait up to 2 days for the info.
I wrote again 19'th of April and they still haven't managed to send a simple oil filter connector.
So I can't recommend buying from them if you want your wares. My order #1609215 is still pending as of today.
I ordered OEM GM rear corner step inserts for my 2020 Chevrolet 3500HD. Gave them the VIN# with the order. I received the wrong parts about 2-1/2 weeks after ordering. Contacted them about the error via email. They gave me a return authorization and told me they would email a return shipping label. I have not received. Several emails sent & I now get no response at all vs the 2-3 day delay with responses initially. We all know they never answer the phone. They are at the top of the search engines with so much potential but just don't respond. I don't understand.
I placed my order on March 21st (#1607741). It is now April 19th and I still have no shipping confirmation nor any updates on my order. I have called numerous times and sat on hold for sometimes up to one hour with no answer. I have sent several emails regarding updates and I have not received any response other than a generic reply stating my order would be shipped by the next week. That email was sent to me two weeks ago and I still have not got any updates. However, it further frustrates me that Tasca has time to go on websites like trustpilot and make excuses for lousy wait times rather than answer emails or phone calls. And it’s very annoying when I read reviews on trustpilot about other people having the same issues and being tended to before my emails are even answered. For compensation I asked for a refund on the ridiculous shipping cost I was given and received no response ($29 shipping for some paper gaskets and relatively short coolant lines; very lightweight order). I also asked for free overnight shipping which I didn’t think was an abnormal request for someone who has been waiting this long and still received no response. It is truly a shame I have to make reviews like this in order to get a response from this company. I will never order any parts from this lousy company again if this issue is not resolved very soon. It’s a shame there are this many other customers having the exact same issues.
I understand that maybe the manufactures aren’t making parts as fast, but don’t advertise “Get Parts Fast!” all over your website. Be honest and show some transparency. I know for a fact my local dealership can get the parts by the end of the week, so why is this such an issue? There has been nothing fast about my experience nor have any attempts been made to fix my issue.
If I could give 0 stars... I would have. I ordered my part based on the part# from the old one( Heat shield on 2010 dodge caliber)Tasca contacted me a couple days later and said I ordered the wrong part so they corrected it and gave back the. 47 difference. This also changed the delivery date. I was then emailed a few days later and told the part had to be special ordered so it would take a little longer. A few days later, I got an email saying it was now on the way. A few days later... I get it and upon opening the box, I could clearly see that what they changed it to, was the incorrect part for my car. I have since called all day, every day for the past 3 days now to get what I need to send it back for the right one or a refund. The phone plays music in your ear till it just eventually disconnected EVERYTIME. My emails are not getting a response although it's the same emails where me and them communicated back and forth previously regarding this same part. There is a certain amount of time to get parts exchanged/ refunded but no one from Tasca has contacted me at all despite several emails and attempts that have been made on my part. They even have comments turned off on all of their social media. I feel very taken advantage of because they are in RI and I'm in MO or I would just visit in person. I WILL NOT stop making the truth known EVERYWHERE I CAN, EVERYDAY, TILL THEY MAKE IT RIGHT tho. I'll also make it known just how long it took to get it corrected. My true rating for Tascaparts.com right now is negative 0... not for them messing up but for how it's being handled. Sometimes it's not about the mishap as much as it is about the handling of the mishap, and for this... TASCAPARTS.COM gets an F. Now... back to TRYING to get assistance to correct THEIR MISTAKE.
I ordered some parts from them for more than a week with no confirmation they got the full amount trying to reach them by emails and calling them with no response!
Paid $120 for overnight shipping and received an email saying it would be overnighted in 3 to 5 days after they received it. So I tried to cancel the order. 6 emails and 2 unanswered calls. I got nothing. This is tantamount to thievery in my book and my shop will never do business with this site again.

Sarah S please how can you make that claim? My order has been 'processing' for a full month now. There are just normal rubber Volvo mats that fit about 8 years worth of XC90s. Leaving call back number and sending repeat emails have gone unanswered.

The reviews are DEFINITELY TRUE. I even added pics of my emails with no responses to my review. Save yourself the trouble. When it comes to products... CONSUMERS are the best opinions on how companies do.

I'm sure the company EXISTS but operates like it's a scam in my opinion, and I'm a very RECENT CONSUMER. March 2021 to be exact
